Hey I’m Kasha, a Personal Trainer here at Diligent Fitness. I pride myself on being sensitive to your needs. Whether that’s getting plenty of individual help in your first few weeks of training so you know you’re doing things right – or positive encouragement to keep working, for the more experienced.
I’ll write your programme to suit your current fitness level and ability with an eye for progressing it as soon as I think you’re ready, but not before. I’ll take into consideration what you like doing and include some of those things in your workout so you at least enjoy some of it! Don’t worry if you don’t know those things, I can usually tell just by watching – but feel free to let me know if you do!!
I coach some afternoon and evening 1-2-1 slots plus evening semi-private sessions.
A bit about me: I love to be outside and I love to exercise. Working-out, walking and cycling outdoors are all my idea of heaven. I’ve just got my first dog; a Golden Retriever called Ralph and we spend as much time as possible out in the countryside. I recently completed a long distance cycle ride from Leeds to Paris which I thoroughly enjoyed so will be planning my next biking adventure soon!
We think Kasha’s super-power is COMPASSION. She is always caring and considerate of how you might be feeling. Don’t use it against her!
