Over the next few weeks we’re running a Fitness Yoga session at the DF studio and I’d love for you to come along, try it out and let us know what you think.
We’re trying to figure out if this is something we’re going to do longer term. But I’d like your opinion to help us decide.
It’s more yoga for fitness than chanting by candlelight and geared towards beginners. So if you feel like you need a little relaxation and flexibility in your life just let me know and I’ll book you one of the 6 places.
A couple of weeks ago I had a realisation. That my way of fitness wasn’t for everyone. And perhaps there are people out there who want to look after their body, but don’t necessarily want to do it by lifting weights.
So, I looked into some alternative ways to move the body and stay in shape. Which led to me trying a Yoga class over at ‘Om Yoga Works’.
Now it was pretty far removed from my usual routine – but I wanted to get outside my comfort zone and try something new.
And while some of the postures were challenging, here’s what I got from the class:
I enjoyed the session and invited Lisa to come and run a class or two in the studio at the gym.
