We know exercise can get a little samey. And we also know that music can help keep us going during a workout (or at least distract from the strain!). So this weekend we’re holding a test run for a new workout idea we’ve been working on.
I’ve put together a varied workout for the session, as per usual. But the big difference? A couple of my musician friends are bringing their guitars to play a live music set – with tracks they’ve written specifically for the various sections of the workout!

The session is 830am to 930am this Saturday (14th Sept) at Diligent Fitness. And will hopefully make this Saturday morning’s group training session one to remember. Would be great to see you there!
