I strongly believe good health and happiness go hand in hand. That’s why I’m committed to doing things that I know improve both my health and my day to day happiness.
But that wasn’t always the case.
Before I got involved with the fitness industry I was kinda getting carried by the tide. Doing what everyone else wanted to do and just going along with it.
I did what felt like the cool thing to do (Mixing records, listening to loud music, smoking, drinking, staying up late), Not realizing that I didn’t actually like what my life was starting to look like.
Ultimately, I didn’t know what made me happy. I didn’t have a clear idea of what was important to me. So I ended up just following the herd.
It wasn’t until I sat down and reviewed what was important to me, what I valued and what made me happy that I started to get my head out of the funk.
That led me to trying new things; Like fitness.
I enjoyed the feeling of getting progressively fitter and stronger.
I loved how much sharper my mind was. And how clear my thoughts were when I exercised and ate right.
I found sharing this with others felt good. And creating a business that’s all about helping people achieve the things they want to achieve felt even better.
And that’s our mission at DF:
If there’s something you’d like to achieve – big or small – we’ll help you do it.
There’s only one catch. You have to step up and tell us you want something to be different. We’ll help you eek out the specifics. But it starts with what you want.
So the big question…
Maybe you just want to feel better. Maybe you want to be fit enough to keep up with the kids. Maybe you want to look great in a bikini this summer. Maybe you just want to do something positive for yourself.
I created Diligent Fitness to help you do it. So don’t keep your goals to yourself – Reach out and let us know.
Request a free consultation and we’ll chat about you, what you’d like to achieve and see if we’re the right people to help.
