Level 1: Push up position with medicine ball hand switch
Get in to position as if to do a push up – maintaining that position, put a medicine ball under one hand. Then roll the medicine ball to switch under the other hand. Build up to 10 switches to really feel your abs working.
Level 2: Push up with 2 medicine balls
Get into push up position and then get one medicine ball under each hand. Push up! See if you can build up to 10.
