Here’s a quick and easy way to knock up a mid-week chilli that’ll satisfy your taste buds and help you with your body transformation goals. It’s all about switching a pre-bought chilli meal, or sauce, and starting with basic ingredients.
If you’re eating this within two hours of a workout then serve with some brown rice, if not it’s an extra portion of veggies I’m afraid!
This makes one Kieran size portion and one me size portion, with a some left over for my snack the next day.
